I was selling a phone on Kijiji and was reached out to be this guy named Okwukwe C Chukwuka. He wanted me to send the phone to him in Georgia and he was willing to pay an extra $50 for me to ship it to him. I had requested an etransfer as I did not want to just send the phone out with no payment. The etransfer came in under David Matthew, and there were odd instructions on the etransfer. First, I had to send the item out, then input the tracking number and wait for them to authorize it and then the money would be deposited into my account... but by the time I would receive the money the phone would be long gone and there would be no way for me to confirm if the etransfer would be successful. I looked up Interac E-transfer's website and they specifically say that they do not offer these services of withholding the money until proof of shipment. The email I received also looked like a screenshot of an email, not an actual email itself.

The guy was getting really pushy, telling me to send it this second and when I told him I didn't feel comfortable he kept insisting that I try and deposit his money. I ended up not selling the phone to him, but just wanted to report the incident.
