Type of a scam Online Purchase
The reason for wanting to return my product is because when it arrived, it arrived in very cheap plastic packaging and nothing like what they showed in their videos. I have taken a screenshot of the nice box inside the box they show in their video. The instrument itself is very flimsy and cheap. The handle is coming apart and the seams do not line up. It arrived in the package this way. I turned it on just to see if it worked and when I did, it squealed like something inside was trying to grind against the plastic. I turned it off and put it back in the package and contacted the company the same day. It's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing.
I have been trying to contact them on social media and through the email they provide on their website to get my money back and they will not respond. Upon further investigation, the address on the box says China but the reason I ordered it is because the name says Oilivia Cosmetics USA. Very misleading and false advertising! I just want refunded. Their false advertisement, cheap product and scammy social media networks (Facebook page has ONE follower after one year), Oilivia Cosmetics is NOT trustworthy.
