I have ordered the Starburst diffuser back on September 16, 2017. I have contacted this company many times over the past few months and have only heard back from them twice, both messages saying the same thing. That they are behind 2-3 weeks and that mine will be delivered within the next couple weeks. The last time I heard from them was in October. I have sent many other emails, private messages etc. And have heard nothing!!!!
