My elderly stepfather was a victim of this Ohio tax free life insurance scam. There is more to this scam than just selling personal information. An alleged insurance agent showed up at his house with his reply card in hand. I have her name and phone number. A quick Google search of her name shows an agent with "Senior LIfe Insurance Company" and also with "United Insurance Professionals". She promised him money back if he canceled his current term life policy - red flag! There is no cash value on term life. The "agent" was allegedly Michelle Montavano and alleged phone number is 614-753-5104 Thank you!
