They know the name of the person who used to have that phone number, and they tell them they're interested in the house they're selling at XXX Wellmeier Avenue, but they never specify the state. This person is selling no such house. The most recent one identified themselves as an Aaron Hill at OH (I'm guessing Ohio) Home Solutions, which is why I found myself here, to see if it's a real person in your business. I imagine not, though. I included the number for this person, but I block them every time.
