I received a letter from Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Benefits. I am retired. I never applied for unemployment benefits. The mailing had two phone numbers. 866-635-3748 and 888-296-7541. I called and spoke with Amber. She said someone is committing fraud against me. She asked for my name, address, birthday and social security number. I gave the information.
