******* **** ****** received a $90.00 "Ohio UCC Statement Request Form" from OH UCC Statement Service - 2312 Far Hills Ave #375 - Oakwood, OH 45419 - 1-866-301-2738 - [email protected] for a document stating a check or money order needed to received by them on behalf of us (******* **** ****** **** ******* **** *********** **** *****) and one of our equipment suppliers; KATO/Compact Excavator Sales in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. It has nothing to do with either of our companies. ******** ****** ******** ****** contacted Ohio Secretary of State and ****** informed her that this is indeed a scam/it is bogus. Unfortunately, someone has done this and they have had many other calls/complaints on this same matter with different vendors/suppliers/dealers, etc.

Told us to file our complaints with both the ScamPulse.com and the Ohio AG's office. 9/7/22
