I still didn't have shipping info by January 1st, 2022 so I emailed asking them to cancel my order. Funny enough, I received a tracking number the next day but hadn't heard back from the company yet. They told me my email was in their spam box, despite me responding directly to the confirmation email they sent me with my order details. They said they could not refund me as my order had "already shipped". I still don't have a package and they are refusing to refund. My next step is to contact PayPal and try to cancel the transaction. In addition, I went online to read other reviews and saw on their facebook page that multiple other people had the same issue I did. This company doesn't have google reviews or a place to review but others have left comments under their photos to get the word out.
