Ordered Stroller $499 and cc was charged immediately but no delivery nor response from anyone at the company for information requests. Sounds like a common complaint from this group of crooks. How long will this go on and how many complaints need to be filed before authorities are involved? Seems like this should have been shut down a long time ago!

I was looking to buy a stroller... Offstones' website looks super legit with plenty of reviews on products and appeared to have amazing customer service. US-based company. The stroller was never delivered and no communication was ever returned, even though our credit card was charged immediately. The item has still never shipped and I have never received an email back/the telephone number is always busy. Looked up the company to see if this was a scam and many others have had the same experience.

Scam of a site. I had been searching for a particular product for months and found it on this site. I ordered it and immediately my cc was charged $500 but never received any type of confirmation. I then started researching (which I wish I did before) I contacted them via text, got a very generic response saying a confirmation was sent to my email except the email they had was full of typos (and no way I put my email in wrong) so this is obviously something they do. [censored]. I called and emailed. No response. I am SO upset about this. I can’t afford to have that money just go “missing” I started a claim with my cc company, what else can be done?! How crap people like this take advantage of others, especially in the rough times we’re all having now is really what gets me.

I ordered an air conditioner over a month ago and have heard nothing from the company. I continue to send emails and text messages with no response whatsoever. Not sure how I can get my $300 back.

True it’s a scam website never ever deal with it got scam for $200 the product is not what it describes on the website and when I emailed them they make excuses stating that they will only take the item back if only it’s damaged and never replies to the email never ever buy from this website

Received package, opened and followed all instructions plus tips to make unit work but it did not cool the room down. Made room hotter while on overnight even after adding in ice packs and ice. First, this isn’t an ac like it says it is. It’s a room cooler not air conditioner. Second it doesn’t say what size room it’s rated for. Used for 12 hrs and repackaged to return. Have been email customer support with only one response saying I’m doing something wrong because their product works(I’m sure it might on a smaller room or not one that is on a second floor in 90 degree weather but not for what I bought it for. I’ve called and have tried to leave messages But machine hangs up half way through and now it’s been almost 2 weeks of almost daily emails and calls and nothing. Their return policy below states I can return and get a refund but I must cover since it’s not defective (to me it is because it doesn’t do what I bought it to do, but I’ll pay to send it back)

Top customer service: [censored]. Worst customer service and thieves. This is over $200 on something that doesn’t even work and can’t get anyone from the company to acknowledge that it may not work as intended because the don’t put enough information about the unit. The unit is probably only good for an extremely small space not a 2nd floor bedroom that is bigger in size. Had they put the BTUs or room ratings they would save people the troubles
Trying to figure out what to do next cuz their phone number is a joke and no one ever answers or a calls back but the answering machine hangs up before you can leave a who message.

Received package, did not open or use the item at all. wanted to return and they are refusing to accept the return or refund my money stating their policy only allows damaged items to be returned for refunds. This place is a scam and why I don't deal with foreign businesses. Their policy below states otherwise

I have the same issue I’m writing a letter to Better Business Bureau to make a complaint. I advise everyone to also do that as well. Let’s get this sorry excuse of a company shut down.

Fake website. Prints a shipping label that is never scanned. Then says UPS lost the package, and to wait longer. Then initiates and investigation with UPS to locate the "missing package" and says "see it is not our fault. UPS lost the package. Just wait longer. WE are in constant contact with UPS"

Creates an order. Prints a shipping label. Then after delivery dates has passed creates and "investigation" with UPS and refuses to refund money claiming it is not their fault. You should take your complaint to UPS. Meanwhile the label was never scanned and they run off with your money.

Website claims to sell Crye Precision products at a premium.

Then after a month of waiting, sends you EDSY counterfeit/copies that are of much lesser quality and value.

The website has switched it's address twice since I've been in dispute with them. Their rep, Luzon, blatantly lied in messages to me about the product and the return.

I was forced to ship the item to India, which after a month in country, has been shipped back to me, currently in NYC customs.

The phone number listed leads to a disconnect.

The email provided comes back as invalid via Mailer Daemon.

I've been trying to get my money back since February.
