I purchased a rose teddy bear from Official Great and they sent me an email saying it would ship in 2-5 weeks due to high demand and that it would be there by Valentine’s Day guaranteed. Since the purchase I tried to contact the company multiple times through email since it’s the only thing available and they never respond. It is now two days before Valentine’s Day and I haven’t heard one word from them and don’t have the bear. They took my money and never gave me a product. They are a scam and don’t waste your time on them.
