My boyfriend sent me a link through Facebook on 2 jerseys he had wanted. Of course I thought it was the "official nfl shop" so I had purchased them both Totalling out to $71.99. Then of course shipping through "best way" $10.00 total was $81.99. I thought what a great deal website was doing a "promotion" where you get 70%off. Well I was wrong. Going on 3 weeks still no package. Back to the website it is. In there shipping information it states "Order 1-4pcs Items,Shipped by USPS,taking about 8-13days to receive" never receiving a tracking number I email them, they sent me a tracking number and tell me to track through https://www.17track.net/en. Going to track my order finally enter in all the information and my order cannot be found. At this point I'm and beyond upset looking in customer support for official nfl shop emailing back and forth with them giving them my order number and everything. They said unfortunately the website I used is not the real nfl shop. Now I'm out $81.99. Dont order anything off Facebook unless you know for sure the website is real!
