Inside the envelope was a sheet of paper and a pre-addressed return envelope asking for money (excessive of actual State fee) to file the annual report and periodic report on behalf of the business. There was no phone number listed and a gmail account listed as the contact information.
In very fine print on the bottom it says they are not a government agency.
This is a known scam to Colorado Secretary of State
