This person contacted me many, many times to promote and do a collaboration with them. When I finally responded, they promised if I bought some clothes from their site, they would use me as a model and get free stuff. They also promised extra free things in my package I had paid for. I got nothing extra. The clothes were not at all what they were supposed to be. Then when I asked what had happened to the extra things I was promised and if I could get a refund, I never heard from them again. This was in the very beginning of May. I tried messaging their Instagram site that they initially contacted me on. I tried emailing the girl who had contacted me. Emailing their site for customer service to see. Everything I could think of, with no response.

This brands customer service is 100% all robots. They don’t have a phone number and they only copy & paste the same email/message responses. They promised me in Feb 2021 that if I purchased a item from them, take photos with the items, and then send it to them, they will post my photo on their social media page and tag me. I sent them my photos on 2/22/21. Then they said “it wasn’t guaranteed” that my photo will go in their page. (Even though I have proof saying it was)
Then I keep sending URGENT emails. Everytime, they either ignore me or say “we will add it in the order it was received”. Its been nearly 6 months! AND I’m still getting messages from their robots saying “we’re looking for brand ambassadors and would love to post your pictures on our page if you purchase from us”! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FAKE AND THE HORRIBLE AND DOESNT EXIST!

Do not order from them. They reached out April 8 for an ambassador collaboration. I ordered April 21, asked for updates several times but it still has not been resolved until now, June 29. They stopped responding via email and IG May 26. Ridiculous.

They blocked me on Instagram because I kept calling them out in their comments section for their lack of communication and for taking my money but not shipping anything. My persistence paid off though; I did finally receive the shirt I harassed them about (shockingly). Though I have been in contact with other women who still have received nothing. Unfortunately, I'm still blocked so I can't warn followers.

Whoaaa it's totally same with mine! They DMed me once months ago but i didn't notice. Then yesterday i got Dm again but from another account asking me to chat their official account. They replied me same as yours?! Y'know it's like copy paste goshh thank god i do some research and found out this sooner. Thanks a lot.

Someone dmed me asking me to message @officialherteam on IG for the reason that they wanted me to be their ambassador. So I dmed them and talked to SOPHIA and I agree to be their ambassador, but I got a feeling that something’s off on their replies because I’m congratulating them for having 600k+ followers and their reply is kinda off on what I’m saying and they’re not even answering the questions I have before agreeing to them. But I still agree and ignored my guts. So after how many days I finally placed my order (May 21st) and use the code they create under my username on IG ************, as I remember its 2 tshirts and worth $60+. So after I placed my order I dmed them again to let them know that I made a purchase and gave them the order number (#5053). I got busy and they didn’t respond. After 3 weeks still no response and no tracking info on their website under my account, I dmed them and create a message on their website. Couple days later still no response, contact them again and this time I emailed SOPHIA on the email she gave me ([email protected]). Still no response, I start looking at the comments on their posts and some at the photos that tag them and read a very few complaints that they keep deleting the comments of the complainants. Finally I know that I just got scammed and start messaging people and commenting on their posts and asking those who said they received their order. And then I woke up and visit their page and boom they blocked me! So I may contact my bank account tomorrow early in the morning and try my luck to refund it.

Company is still sending bots to scam people out of there money in 2021.

There website is photoshopped, the images on their account are either stolen (as they are not tagged) or they literally have given shirts to a few girls in Prague, Columbia and other international locations which is strange for a brand from the US... After I posted about the scam, they created 2 different accounts to attack me, taking weak jabs. It's sad that these people think they can use women empowerment to scam people. It's INCREDIBLY sad.

I just got a message from someone that said “Hey i'm from Her Team! We are looking for brand ambassadors and reps, please send a message to our main account @officialherteam ASAP! We love your account” so I decided to check it out and texted the acc i asked if it was okay that I didn’t live in the us but instead i got a a message that said that they had created a discount code with my name i then asked the same question again but they avoided the question again and said if you take any pictures mail them or send via instagram i thought something was up so i decided to check it out and found all these reviews im glad I dindt say yes

This JUST happened to me, & I happened to check on it before I did anything. Boy, did I find a lot! I’m have all of the screen shots too. See attached. Her name was/is supposedly Sophia. They’ve got 707k followers, which is why I bit originally. Also, I realized that I was confusing them with a different brand..the one I refer to about daily emails. It wasn’t these people after all. I originally had a message from someone else which I deleted. She led me here. They offered me & everyone I know 30% off & free shipping in return, I was to send order numbers & tag in pictures. She said they’d tag me & it’d gain me followers, plus great deals.

I lost $56 through this company. They knew they took advantage of a minor. I wonder if I could do anything to get this money back.
I received a message to be an ambassador as almost everyone does, and was vulnerable with welcoming owner “sophia”.
She then asked me what my favorite pieces were, etc. When I finally purchased the pieces and we closed our conversation, I never heard from her again. I believe where I went wrong was including my order number. She says “if you let me know your order number, I’ll include an extra secret gift.” That gift? Not receiving your purchase at all.

The Instagram page @officialherteam is running what appears to be a profitable scam. There is no one to contact about this and when you attempt to get through to them via Instagram a bot responds. When I called them out on being a bot I received the same message each time “Nope, this is Megan here :) Sorry I am typing fast!”. I placed an order with them on Feb 26 and was told I would be notified of it being shipped within 8-10 days. It is now April 7 and nothing. They have 634K followers on Instagram so I stupidly assumed they were legit. On Facebook they have only 259 likes and a Google search brings them and their ‘Ambassador Program’ up as a scam. They are targeting young women with their ‘we empower females message’ and claim to give back to women oriented charities twice a year... yet don’t specify which. They also claim that everything they sell is made and shipped from the USA.

Contacted via Instagram DM by a throwaway account asking me to become a Brand Ambassador for @officialherteam. Their website states that "a portion of every sales goes towards giving women the resources they need to have a bright and beautiful future." However, there is no evidence that they are making charitable donations or have any affiliations with charitable organizations.

Through messaging, I was offered a discount code to make purchases from their website so that I could later share pictures of their products. When asked multiple times for more information on their charitable donations, the question was avoided. This company has had previous complaints about purchased products never arriving to others who have been asked to become Brand Ambassadors. I believe they are also falsely representing themselves as supporting a charity to make women more likely to purchase their products.

I was approached on social media about becoming a brand ambassador. I did not agree to it but saw something I wanted to purchase. I ordered and paid for it on 12/6/20 and have yet to receive it. There was some minor online communication regarding this order, all pre-scripted. After I told them I would contact the Better Business Bureau since it had been almost 2 months, all communication stopped.

When I checked the tracking number, it said that USPS has been waiting for the package to arrive at their facility, but it never did. I emailed them and DMed and received no answer. The package and the shirts never arrived.

This scam is run by the Instagram page @officialherteam, but its former usernames are @thebossbabesco as of August 4, 2020 and @officialgirlsinc on August 31, 2020 according to Instagram's About This Account feature. Their website is officialherteam.com. A bot account messaged me on Instagram saying they were looking for ambassadors and models, they liked my account and told me to message the main @officialherteam account if I was interested. I have less than 200 followers, I haven't posted since June, and I'm not trying to be an influencer. It seemed fishy, but I wanted to verify. So, I messaged the account and a person named "Sophia" responded and told me about the "company." They offered a discount code for me customized to my Instagram username to buy something with the promise to feature pictures I take of their merchandise on their Instagram page. There were several red flags. They should have hundreds of posts a day on their Instagram page sharing pictures their ambassadors/models send them if they're keeping good on their promise to everyone. I googled the company and there are several blogs saying it's a scam where they spoke with "Sophia," were offered a code, made an order, but never received their order and their attempts to reach customer service were ignored. Furthermore, their merch is sold on a variety of other sites. They also claim on their site that they donate proceeds of their sales to charity, but don't identify which charities they work with. When I asked which charities they work with, the person ignored the question and tried to entice me with an "extra secret gift" if I messaged them my order number now.
