The scammer wants us to call them or will be at risk of being financially liable for any repairs and that our factory warranty has not been activated. They want us to call them. Scam artist. At the top of the letter it states a year of my car and approval number which makes no sense.

Received mail with no contact or name of business except for a phone number. The letter indicated non-contact for a vehicle service contract with a partial VIN, my name, make and model of vehicle. The short turn around stress of urgency was what caused concern it was a scam. Notice said was printed 2/28/2025 and response needed before 3/18/2025.
