A company who claims their name as “Offices of Capital” keep harassing my sister and me. They say they are working on behalf of Clark County, NV courts to locate me. I called Clark County courts, and they said this was not true. The scam callers say I owe for a loan taken out in my name. This was fraudulent loan that I did not take out, and was taken care of with my bank. I have all the paperwork to show this. Offices of Capital claim that Clark County is filing charges for defrauding a financial institution, and the ONLY way to take care of this is to pay THEM the original $300 plus $1500 in compound interest. I obtained legal council and they have repeatedly requested contact information from this company. The refuse to give a physical or mailing address, only an email address which always bounces back. This is clearly a scam. They threaten, yell, and hang up on you when you ask for more info or to speak to someone higher up. The contact number I have for them is 1-855-697-9882.
