I have been in contact with Mei for months because I have never received my products. They gave me two different tracking numbers that were not correct. Just some random ones near my town. She said she would refund my money but is asking for things she should not need like SSN etc. I will attach a photo of what she is asking for. They took my money from my visa and I have not received anything from them. They do not have an operating phone number and will not give me one. She will also not give me any name or info to a supervisor. If I need to send more screenshots or anything please let me know.

I placed an order on May 14. The website said it would take three business days to ship. Once it shipped they would send a tracking number so on the 19th I emailed asking for a tracking number. I receive the tracking number and it went to another address. I emailed them back to let them know. They said they would contact the post office to get it re-route it once I contacted the post office. The post office said the label on the package was always going to that address so I contacted the company by email. They said they would send out a new order. I got the tracking number for the new order and it delivered to a different an address when mine and the first address. I have asked for my money back. They said I had to options: 1) for them to send another order out or 2) file a claim with the post office.
