The "representative" called our office claiming to be our copy machine vendor (but did not use our vendor's name) and stated they had new manuals and supplies to send to us for 2019. They called an employee of our office who typically does not handle the copier or any vendors of this sort, and was not the main company phone number. They requested the model number and serial number of our copier, as well as verified our address (easily accessible via Google) and who the contact was for supplies (myself). The employee did not realize the scam until the information was given. Anything we receive from a random address will be returned as it was not requested or ordered.
