Received a call from a guy representing himself as a State Compliance Officer trying to get my daughter’s phone number. Said Douglas County had 2 cases out against her and gave a file number. He wouldn’t give me the State Dept. I called back and receptionist said the company is Offices of Regional. I asked what company were they Regional Offices for. She wouldn’t answer and got real snotty. We did a look-up of the number and it said the number is tied to a scam and to block it. My daughter said they tried to tell her she had outstanding debt she needed to pay and the County was preparing to file and take her to Court. They had no info about her supposed debt and asked her questions fishing for her to provide them account information. Definitely a scam! Be careful! They represent themselves as government agents and try to scare unsuspecting people with threats their County is suing them!
