When I called this number back I was sent to Voice Message. The name attached audio introduction is Logan Nickleberry. They told me that they were sending a police officer to my residence to arrest me for bank fraud. When I tried to obtain the court date and number they would note release it. I explained that I have no idea what they are talking about and that I would turn myself into the police and find more info. I contacted the police station and gave them a case number The Office of Investigation of Crotchron and Associates gave me, and they had no idea what this Office of Investigation was talking about. I ask if there was a summons to court and they would not release that information to me. A lady that I spoke was extreme combative over the phone and when I stated that im not looking to answer any questions and that i just need information about the case they are filing she stated that she would just write in that I've been notified to give a statement. I didnt agree or refuse anything except to release any personal info and claim this accusation of bank fraud or debt.
