A woman called saying she was a investigator and that I should talk to the attorney Phillip Kingston that I had taken out a payday loan and gave them a check and it had come back on a closed account....so they had me on 2 felony counts of check fraud and malicious intent...they said the bank name was eagle national and the loan place was EZ money loan services then he transferred me to a woman to pay so I didn't go to jail and they wanted me to send a Walmart to Walmart transfer then they called my family and threatened them
