I was called 3 times on 10/25/2021 by “ office credit union in texas” wanting me to confirm my address (which i did not because i no longer live there which concerns me more since they want my new address) and the last 4 digits of my number. I refused to answer because i have no debt in texas. i have student loans as debts and they said it was not student loans. They told me i did not have an account when i spoke with “whitney” but then was told i did have an account but they wouldn’t tell me what debt i had because they “can’t give out information without varification” they do not have a linked in nor a website. they have called me from 318-656-4710 and 318-656-4710. and the lady stated they use it as a toll free number so i don’t get charged yet i am a texas resident. I spoke with a lady named chelsea and alene floress. I am filling this complaint because i believe they have almost all of my information except my SSC.
