I Ordered a Purple Office Chair For My Granddaughter For $64.00. Back in June of 2020. Got confirmation they got paid of course. But no email confirming shipment. I reached out to them several times to see when it will be shipped. No return email. I tried looking up contact information and all I could find is a email address [email protected]. Still no chair or able to contact them. They are scammers!

There website Officechairclub.com is now down. They have moved on and probably have a new website name.

Sorry posted wrong receipt. They did withdraw my money and still no way to contact them.

On July 5th I purchases a chair In the amount of $39 on this website. I attempted to reach them via email and phone and received an undeliverable message back for the email and can only reach an automated voicemail when leaving a voicemail message.

I have not heard back from the company. They deducted the $38 from my account and I have nit received the chair.

This is horrible!

Purchased a desk over 3 weeks ago with no word from them. Have tried contacting them on two separate occasions and nothing.

Don’t buy from here. They’re not real. I purchased a chair and they never delivered it. When I tried reaching out it wasn’t a real business. No one answered. They took my money. Then weeks later it the money showed up in my account. Next day company took it back out. Sounds like Fraud! Still no chair. Also no answer.

On June 16, 2020 I place an order with this company for a desk chair. They sent me an order confirmation email about my placed order. After 10 days, I did not get any information about my order so I emailed their customer service. I did not get a response so a few days later I tried calling the customer service phone number listed on their website. This call went to voicemail and I was not able to speak to anyone, but I left a message asking for someone to call me back. No one ever did. I emailed them again, on June 25 and did not get a response. I tried calling several more times and the same thing happened, voicemail only. I emailed them again this morning (July 2) letting them know I was filing a complaint with the BBB. It is now July 8 and I still have not heard anything from this company.

My wife sent me this link for 2 sofa’s she liked. $556 total. After transaction I noticed that there were no fees for taxes and shipping which seemed odd. The transaction hasn’t gone through yet on my card (ordered Thursday night 6/18/20). Unfortunately I cannot cancel the transaction with my card company. I have to wait until it goes through to file a claim.

Hi - I'm in the same spot with them. I noticed the charge was not posted yet - but it's still quite annoying. It's been three weeks and not a word from them. Just an awful company.

I purchased an item online costing me $662.00, and I've reached out to the seller multiple times via phone or email. The salesperson has been completely unresponsive for the past 2 days. The phone provided on the website says "press 0" for customer service then no one picks up. The e-mail provided, no one has reached back out after my purchase.
