I saw an advertisement on Facebook and I ordered four pairs of Keen shoes for Christmas presents and received a scarf instead. The website disappeared off of Facebook and could not be found on the internet. I did not receive a confirmation email. My bank statement showed the purchase from Camelsshop. I disputed the purchase with Bank of America, but they sided with the seller since I had not returned the scarf to the phone address provided.
