"Richard T." from Off Market Dealz reached out to me over the phone about wholesaling some raw land to me/my company. (I am an actual land investment company, *** *** ***** **** ******* **** He gave me a menu of 6 properties in Lee County, FL that he said were owned, controlled, or under contract with his company. Upon my due diligence, I found out that his company in fact does not own, control, or have these properties under contract at all. When confronted with this information he denied the finds and insisted that I was mistaken. After having a lengthy conversation with the actual owner of one of the properties I found out that there was never an options contract (which Richard said there was) and that the landowner had never heard of the company "Off Market Dealz". This scam company has multiple people involved and a website that has since been taken down. The people involved are: "Richard T., Nelson Del Castillo, and Gabe Motten. I've attached all of the contact information and web address in the form I'm submitting today.
