Oerlie advertises on Instagram. I ordered some apperal then immediately tried to cancel the order I was told it was too late and the order was already processing. Weeks later I received tracking info showing delivered. I never rey the package and I was told it was a mistake on my end for a incomplete address. The information I provided was accurate and have not had a issue in the past with other deliveries. I asked for a refund and I was told they could only refund 70 percent. Sine then I've been given a number of excuses such as my banking institution has delayed the process. Again not true. I placed the order over 9 weeks ago and they only email me when I ask about the status of my refund, only to get another excuse. Oerlie is a scam company and I hope to warn others who are considering using them.
