I ordered a custom wedding dress on March 1, 2022 with the promise the dress would arrive by mid-September of that same year. I followed up multiple times asking for an update, eventually the company stopped responding. When it was clear the dress would not arrive on time I requested a refund which I never received. I contacted the company multiple times for a refund until they sent me an "invoice" for a Quickbooks refund via email. But no money was ever returned to my account and the company did not respond to my emails following up. It has been almost a year since I was supposed to receive my dress and I still have not received a refund.
