I placed an order on Feb 28th. I received an email that they got my order and they are preparing it and to wait for an email stating they have shipped it. It is now 3 weeks later I have not received my product nor an email stating they have shipped it. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. There is no phone number to be found. It was only $20 but it's the principal. I feel they are scaming a lot of people and it all adds up. $2O during a pandemic is a lot of money....

I would love my money back but if they can be stopped from doing this to others that would be great too!
