I placed my order on April 9 and received an email April 10 that it had shipped. The tracking link did not have any updates since April 20th (April 11th on USPS). I emailed customer service multiple times and requested that my order be canceled since it seems to be lost and it has been over a month since my item was shipped and I still have not received it. There hasn’t been any shipping updates since April 20th. I emailed customer service but all they’ve done is resend me the tracking link and tell me it is in customs.
