Last november 2019 i ordered this pony and paid and heard 1 or 2 times from them ..now no answer and ripped a lot of people off :::someone needs to make this right 129.90 down the hole :::tha is delisa rivera

Ordered a riding pony on their website for $129.99. they said they would email me when the product would be delivered. After a week I emailed them two times to find out when can I expect the merchandise. A week and a half later I cancelled the order and requested a refund. As of today it has been two months since I ordered this product. I have requested a Cancellation and Refund eighteen times. Eighteen times they have replied back with this email (see below):

Thank you for your shopping with our website.

Really sorry let you wait such a long time . We had urged our supplier all the time,they told us they can try best to finish your order within 5-10 days .And you choose super saving shipping method which shipping time takes 10-25 days normally.We can update your shipping method to expedited shipping for free ,which shipping only takes 3-8 days ,ok?Waiting for your reply.
