After having placed an online order September 4th, 2023, I checked the charges on my credit card and found that neither ** *** ******* nor *** ***** had charged me for my order but rather Datongitshop . I became suspicious when no follow-up delivery tracking number was forthcoming, so looked on several US scam sites where I found others complaining about this company, Datongitshop. I also registered a complaint as I am doing now. My complaint unfortunately was made only on the American site, I suppose because that is where this imposter Datongitshop based in China was operating online (it was masquerading as ** *** ******* and *** *****). I cancelled my credit card but not quite soon enough because Datongitshop took my money but no delivery of my order has ever occurred. I filled out a dispute form with my credit card company and was told that if my order never arrived after 30 days, they would look into reimbursing my money, however the "merchant" Datongitshop would have 45 days to reply to my dispute! Therefore a period of 75 days would have to elapse before I could be reimbursed. Thieves, such as this Datongitshop should never be allowed to do business on the Internet!
