I applied for auto insurance through the website. The payment was taken directly out of my bank account. I was later notified 2 Days later that I did not qualify for the insurance and I would receive a refund for the $80. I didn't receive the refund within a week back to my checking account, so I reached out to the company. At that time I was told they were unable to credit my account back. They were going to have to mail a check. I waited and I still have not received a check in the mail. I've called several times I requested to speak to a manager. I just get someone that tells me that someone's going to call me back and I never get a phone call. I really need my $80 back I did not get the service. Whenever I call next to speak to a manager I'm always refused by the customer service rep. Just someone keeps telling me that I was mailed to check. I was never mailed to check the company just took my money.
