I have tow voicemail messages from Oceanside Mortgage Company claiming I am about to forclose on my home for non-payments. They asked me to call them back and said they could help me lower my monthly payments by $200 - $300. They also told me to stop making payments to my current mortgage company, which did not make sense to me.
