I have not been able to verify that this is legitimate company… A person by name of Dave called from ph# 689-800-6601. Claimed to be Ocean City Rentals in Orlando Florida. Wants to purchase 6 weeks of my unused, 2022 Timeshare weeks. The contract agreement would state that I will pay $2394 in fees ($399x6wks) and they pay me $10,800 ($1800x6wks). They want my cc# before I can review the contract. This does sound not legitimate. Note: Not to be mistaken for Ocean City, MD.
