I was called and asked if I wanted to sell my contract with Groupon Vidanta. I said yes and they sent me an offer. I then called them and chatted with another person who said they take 6% commission and I would need to pay the assignment fee and it would be refunded when the transaction happened and I got paid. I told James Young, the man who I talk to today, that I was going to check this out with Grupo to make sure it was all real and above board and he said good idea. I called Grupo Vidanta and Lisa, at Grupo Vidanta, told me that this was a scam and that I did not even have a contract with them anymore.

Because I was given a phone number and the name of the group of Grupo, I felt like this was quite real especially when I received a certificate of an offer of $31,000.
