We felt we were pressured to sign all the paper work on the day of purchase before we read the agreement. (BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER MADE, I KNOW, AND I FEEL VERY STUPID)
we were encouraged to purchase this timeshare because we were promised *** dollar points that can be used towards service fee of another timeshare which we have had for 4years and did not know how to get out of it and or avoid the service fees.
LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES
Unfortunately, until now, we have not received information from Ocean Reef about the *** dollar points promised to help us to offset the service fees for our first time share..
The agent gave us a phone number of a man that was supposed to set up the service fee payments using these *** dollar to dollar points and also to help rent out and eventually sell our previous timeshare for us within the year. We called this man and he was not aware of the *** dollar points but still wanted $*** to rent the time share for us.
we are now stuck with having to pay two monthly fees for two timeshares that pretty much sell the same products.
