I saw a product on Face book for KetoSlim Diet. The add stated that it was on Shark tank and it does wonders. They said that you can order the product for $4.99 for a trial. I ordered this product on July 22, 2019 just for a trial when I put all my card information and hit pay button, the receipt came up with not one product on it but two to my surprise. The receipt said "Thank you for your order, Your order is currently being process" and had another product, Keto Boost added to the order and they charged me $4.98 for the Keto Boose Rx. At the time it thought that was a sneaky thing and it was already being processed. I did not give my consent for the second product they simply placed it on my order. When I received the two bottles they came without any information in them, just two bottles. Today I see that their company has entered my checking account and took $94.99. I do not understand how this company can fraudulently take money from my account and I have not consented or ordered anything else from them. I only ordered 1 trial product yet today they entered my account and took another $ 94.99. I went on the better business bureau and found their number called them. I asked the young lady that answer the phone to please refund me my money. She started telling me all the benefits of the product. I told her that I did not call for the benefits of the product that I called because her company had gone into my account without my permission and stolen money from me. She told me that I signed up for a subscription of the Keto Diet and after waiting on hold she told me she cancelled my subscription. I reiterated to her that id di not sign up for a subscription and that she should refund me the $94.99 that they had taken from my account today. She stated that I did not cancel in 14 days as is their policy. I again reiterated to her that I did not sign up for any subscription that I only signed up for a trial. . The young lady said that she was going to speak to a supervisor. She came back and rapidly said our policies say the we cannot refund you the money and promptly hung up on me. I called back and was told by another representative that they discussed the benefits of the product (which they did not)with me and I did not cancel in 14 days and that they have to follow their policies and hung up the phone on me again. The first representative said she cancelled my subscription (which I did not sign up for) but she could not refund me my money.

There we no confirmation email, there was no information In the trial box stating that if I did not return in 14 days they would charge me. This company is fraudulent and are thieves!!!!!!!!!!

These people keep trying to take money out of bank accounts unauthorized product was returned to them and they continue to try and take $94.99 and $89.98 out of bank also getting all these little charges for $2.98 and $2.99. These people are scammers. Had to shut down bank account because of them. when you try to call them they give you a line off BULL.
