I enrolled in a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class, located in Gilbert, AZ, through the Red Cross website, and have been met with great dissatisfaction with the International Nursing Academy and the director, Dave. The instructors have not shown up for this week for class, and we were instructed to roam around the lab for clinicals without an instructor to supervisor and note our clinical hours. We were not given any structure and the director seems to be lost at our specific questions to the material, lessons and the overall class. As the class voiced their opinions on the matter, we were met with unprofessional behavior and a firm "not giving a refund" montage. I had voiced that taking our money and not providing the service requested is a scam. I believe they take our money and are marketing towards getting ready for the state CNA license exam, when in actuality, we are left in the dark regarding our education. I believe the clinical hours that are supposed to be done are made up by the business. I believe that the money given was already used to meet other personal matters. The initial charge should've invested in materials for us to use.

The Arizona Board of Nursing is already investigating this matter, however, this matter is also happening in Chicago, IL. They have CNA instructor classes at the SpringHill Suites, however, these are not real classes!
