I bought a wooden kinetic wall art by this company. for $39.00. It looked really nice and mesmerizing. it was suppose to be hand made, 35" diameter, motion tested, and once wound the motion last anywhere between 1 1/2 to 14 hours. But what I got was a very flimsy, cheaply made cardboard puzzle about only 10" diameter with no instruction at all.. I did reach out to the customer service to complain but this is their reply:

Dear Customer,

Thanks for your email. We are so sorry to hear that you are not willing to accept this suggestion. This is the best proposal that I can provide to you, but in this case, I have checked with our manager, we would like to offer you an exceptional proposal which will be provided to you only: how about we provide a 20% refund for the product. Otherwise, you will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee.

So either you send it back and they keep 1/2 your payment or you accept and get under $8.00 back, Either way you get scammed out of your hard earned money :(
