I made a purchase of blinds from this company that I found on Angie's List. The purchase was in Dec 2020 and the installation was Jan 2021. The blinds were installed but were defective on the day of installation. They were supposed to be ordering 2 sets of replacement blinds for me that were supposed to be coming in within a few weeks. I noticed that months had passed, with no response from the company. I have reached out several times, no replacement blinds on hand. Fast forward to June 2021 and another one of the blinds starts to warp out of shape. I reached out to the company to confirm that it was covered by the warranty, and it was to be included in the batch with my other 2 replacement blinds. September 2021 and they come back with only 1 of the replacement blinds. That again is deflective upon installation. I have tried reaching out to the company on several occasions to get the issue resolved. I have given them plenty of time to come up with a solution. At this point I feel that I have been given faulty products and they don't seem to be willing to resolve the issue in a timely manner. As of Feb 2023, I still don't have my replacement blinds and they are no longer responding to my emails.
