I ordered 3 sets of ear buds at a very good deal, from this company on December 10th. I received an email thanking me for my order and it gave me an order #. It also told me that I would be getting shipping and delivery updates by email, which I have not received. Looking on FB at this company, there are several complaints from people from October through to now with this same issue.
