this is for my sister who just got scammed like literally 45 minutes ago by a supposedly obama care insurance but was an independant agent named martin petoyan insurance agent number oh96813 going by obamacareusa.org. conned her into giving her debit card info on the phone barely had filled out insurance form and refused to cancel policy which was never signed or agreed upon by my sister. he said that money was coming out of her account no matter what and she cant cancel. she now has to have her account canceled and pay check to stop the automatic payment from coming out. so if you think your talking to somone about obamacare this guy is a liar and a scammer dont believe him and i im reporting him to bbb..
