$ 700 dollar crate for shipping..took my loss and ran ..l bought through AKC breeder. .that was over a year ago

I was hoping to get a pet and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has always been a breed I love. I found a website that had these pups and I messaged for more information. They replied with a couple of emails and in it said the pup was 11-13 weeks at present and sent me pictures and a video of the puppy via email. My sister said she didn’t trust the website. I then went online to search the email as cross reference and came across an identical picture they had sent me in email and the link to that picture led to Pinterest. That post on Pinterest sent me to an account on Instagram called “Nessa the Cavalier”. Some of the pictures they sent me that were also in that account were posted from 2017. They must have taken screenshots and passed it in as if it was a new puppy . They then texted me and said she was ready to be arranged for flight to Washington state from Minnesota. I told them I found the Instagram account. They replied with “what do you mean. We posted pictures on her Instagram” I sent “you said they are 11-13 weeks old”. They never replied after that. The person that emailed me said their name was Myron Wylie.
