Received a call that I was trying to be served legal papers for a credit card. That credit card has been paid off since May 2026. I was told to call 855.801.5712 with case number 26-023710 to change the address for the papers to be served. When I called the number they refused to get me to someone who could provide me with actual account information and kept hanging up the call. They are stating they are with Oakmont Litigation or Oakmont Law Office.
