Product was ordered and offered to pay extra for rapid (ahead of the line) shipping with insurance and tracking info. After a week and no shipping company was contacted. I continue to receive generic emails stating to give them time it’s a busy season. Some emails I get say the product was shipped and others say it will be. No emails provide physical tracking information and carrier as I’ve requested. At this point I have no product, they have my banking info and I don’t have tracking info either. Their email responses seem to be generic AI slop. During investigations on my part, I can see there are hundreds of people this same story has happened to.
