They signed me up automatically for a subscription without my permission and took $18.33 from my debit card that I don't frequently use so it took me awhile to see what was happening.

I purchased a dog coat for $50 using their measurements, but when it arrived, it was two sizes too small. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it to China, so I gave it to my neighbor. Then the worst part happened - They charged my credit card $18.33 for some membership fee. I will not ever use them to purchase anything else so why would I sign up for their membership?!! I have asked them twice, nicely, to credit my card the $18.33 they took and to cancel any further charges but I have not heard from them.
