This company asked for a deposit for a puppy on September 11, 2020. They offered the wrong dog to us December 2020. They just offered the wrong dog again in June 2021. When requested a refund (as we have $350 tied up and were told by the Freon we it may be an additional 4-8months for the dog we want) we were told no. We have not held up the waitlist. We were just told that we are still on the waitlist - therefore no one customer has not received their dog because of us - we had not been offered a dog yet. Over a year wait is not acceptable - this business makes their money off of the deposits they refuse to refund.
