This so-called website had somehow charged my debit card $39.99, I was able to get in touch with customer service and they said it was an online purchase... I did not do any online purchases within a week's time of the day they charged my account. I assume you can categorize this problem under theft or fraud. Apparently I will find out in 7 to 10 business days whether or not I get my money back...
