I visited there store to purchase a phone battery back expecting it to be $30-$40 and asked for one when I went into the store. I gave them my card thinking it couldn't be more than $40 for the product (but not actually checking) and they gave me back my credit card receipt with a $164 charge on it. I refused to sign my card and told them to refund it that I wouldn't pay that much and they refused to give me a refund. They eventually exchanged the product and gave me a partial refund of $110 for a lesser quality item.

I left the store with the refund receipt and credit card receipt and when I got back to my hotel that night I received a phone call from my bank that there was suspicious activity on my card. They informed me NY Camera and Electronics had tried to put through an additional $87ish charge on my card but it was denied.
