These people were at a kiosk I walked past them the first time. the second time they were much more aggressive. So I talked to them, I'm handicapped so they had me sit, then I was done! they started on how I looked so tired.. they had a cream for that, then they had a cream for this & that. before I knew it. I was buying a kit I didn't need or couldn't afford just to leave then because I was "so lucky" another person just happen to be there an was able to give me a facialI said I had to leave, they said it would take no time (3 men are around me now) so I just wait I just agree to anything to get out & then just will return later because I can't leave these men are surrounding me. I just wanted to go home. Everything was a package, nothing had a price, everything had a fluid price I had come to see. I just agreed so I could leave then I figured I'd just return it when I was feeling better. I went back & they said they don't take returns on the weekend & I was also supposed to be receiving something via Fedex (which I didn't accept because I knew I would be returning everything) when I went to the now store in mall (4 days later) besides saying they don't take returns on weekends he also said I have to return everything together, so I have to have the package from the Fedex to return also. I knew I shouldn't have accepted it! but I ended up doing it well my mom signed for it. Now they're saying they have a no refund policy. its on the receipt. they gave me the receipt all folded up i never saw the bottom of the receipt I never saw a no refund policy anywhere. I disputed this with my credit card & they are telling me that if the merchants policy is no refunds they can't do anything! But on the phone the manager of Jetblue credit card actual said well "in the areas they're allowed". So does that mean these people are known for being shady??
