I noticed a charge on my account and the info the bank provide was this company's name and number for the charge. So I called the number, after providing them with the last 4 of the card the charge was on and the zip code of where I live, the only information they were able to provide me was that it was a membership. The lady I spoke with gave me a confirmation number and after I asked what kind of membership it was. The lady said she did not have that information. I asked for at least the name of the company the membership was through, she stated she did not have that information. She placed me on hold to connect with someone that would be able to provide me that information. After 10 mins she got back on with me and told me there was no one that would be able to help me. I told her that I would continue to hold but she told me that there was no one that available to help me and hung up on me. I called back and a gentlemen told me the same thing and also hung up on me. It just doesn't make any sense that they can use my info to pull up a purchase that was made using my card but they could not tell me anything about the purchase or the company the purchase was made through. I feel that this is a scam as they could provide me with ZERO information.
